We will make every effort to ensure items arrive in perfect condition. In the event of your order not being delivered within a reasonable period, customers should advise us. We will make every effort to locate it, and if necessary, send a replacement at our expense or provide a full refund. If a purchase is faulty or damaged customers should contact us in writing within 7 days of receipt and we will advise on procedure for refund or replacement.
If a customer cancels an order, written notice must be given to us 7 working days from the day after that on which the goods are received by the customer; refunds for valid claims will be made via the same method of payment as used to place order.
