This was the edition with three extra pictures to each double page (that is, four pictures to a double spread) – therefore it is twice the size of the ordinary edition. Very scarce in Britain – the original from which this reprint is taken was picked up in a Birmingham junk shop for a few shillings about 20 years ago!
